Announcement! ‘We Watch You’ – my debut thriller – is now available for pre-order

I’m super excited to tell you that October 1st is the launch date for We Watch You – a dark psychological thriller with a speculative twist. It will be published as both a Kindle ebook and a print-on-demand paperback via Amazon.

A small English town is rocked by the disappearance of a local woman, Tina. As the search continues, someone is targeting her former best friends for revenge. Lauren, Jess, Claire. They all hide secrets. Who knows what they did? Who’s watching them? The truth is stranger and far more sinister than they can ever imagine.

A dark, twisty thriller which will grip you until the very last page.

The ebook can now be pre-ordered for only £1.99 / $2.74.

Here is the link to the book on Amazon US and here is the link on Amazon UK. It should be available from other countries’ Amazon websites too. Once it has been on sale for a week or so after the publication date, the ‘see inside’ feature will be available. Here’s what the product page looks like on Amazon US at the moment.

If you’re wondering why the long wait until publication, it’s so that I can factor in time to sort any unforeseen issues, ensure that my online platforms match and also gain some advance reviews. And while we’re on that subject…

FREE ebook of We Watch You available to book reviewers!

If you review books on Amazon, Goodreads, Instagram, your blog, or anywhere else, and this sounds like your kind of read, please get in touch and I’ll send you an epub, mobi or PDF file. It’s the final version of the book so it’s all properly formatted and proofread. You can email me – nsfordwriter [at] It would be fantastic to have some reviews posted on or around the publication day, October 1st.

  1. Congratulations! The cover looks terrific and the blurb is intriguing, can’t wait to order a paperback copy of We Watch You.
It isn’t showing yet in Amazon AU so I’ve made myself a reminder to recheck closer to publication date 🙂

    1. Thanks so much! The cover is great isn’t it, had so many comments! The Kindle edition is available to pre-order on Amazon Australia for $3.99 – the paperback won’t show up until I actually launch it (I can’t set it to pre-order – this is Amazon’s rule, don’t know why) but I am planning to release the paperback a little early – in September I think – for logistical reasons. 1st October is when both formats will be available. Thanks for taking an interest, I appreciate it!

      1. I love a book in ‘book’ form so am happy you’ve got that option. You must be so excited to know you’ll have an actual copy in your hands soon 🙂

        1. I do prefer paperbacks, probably at least 50% of my reading is now e-books though, for convenience (advance copies and library books). I have got a proof copy in paperback form, you’re right it’s pretty exciting to actually hold it. I’m not sure how the real paperback will be any different to the proof I have, but hopefully it will be good quality!

    1. You love revenge… just in books, or for real? 😉 Thanks very much. I love the cover too, had a lot of comments about it. Ha ha, it took me some hours to come up with the tagline and the blurb! It’s not easy. I know you are very into thrillers, so I am happy to send you an e-copy for review, let me know if you would like one 🙂

      1. Only in books 🙂 although I am a forgive but not forget type of person. Ah it was well worth taking your time for, they’re brilliant. I normally never read a novel by a blogfriend (what if you don’t like it eh) but I am quite tempted now… if the rest of the novel is anything to go by how it looks outside… Can I think about it and let you know when I’m ready to take the plunge? x

        1. I am glad you’re not a revengeful type 😀 Sure, you are welcome to have an e-copy any time, before or after publication, and there is no obligation to review if it turns out to be not your sort of read. But I won’t be offended if you would rather not 🙂

    1. Thanks so much! I am very overwhelmed at how many great comments I’ve had and so pleased that so many people are interested in my writing! The tagline did take me some hours to come up with.

    1. Thanks so much Stephen! 🙂 The cover is amazing I agree, it is definitely one area that a self-published author needs to spend on to get noticed.

  2. Yaaaassss!!!! The long awaited book is finally here!! I’m so looking forward to reading this, NS! Congratulations! I don’t know how to express how happy and proud am I of you. You did it, my friend. You did it!!!! And yes I’ve pre-ordered of course 🙂

    1. Thanks so much for your support Jee, you’re a wonderful friend! 😀 Thanks for such a kind comment and also the pre-order! 🙂 ♥
